Do I need a referral?
Most insurance plans do not require a referral for psychiatric services. Call us and we'll help verify whether your specific plan requires one.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a valid ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any previous psychiatric records if available. Writing down your questions in advance is also very helpful.
What are your hours?
We're open Monday through Saturday, 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM (noon). Early morning appointments are available to fit around your work schedule.
How soon can I be seen?
We typically schedule new patient evaluations within 1–2 weeks. For urgent concerns, call us directly at 469-992-1703 and we'll do our best to accommodate you sooner.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please call us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
